Refund policy

Print Returns

Prints and calendars can be returned in their original condition and must be sent back within 14 days of the date they were delivered. Please email laurakrieger.art@gmail.com if you are returning any part of your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Once the returned print/calendar is received and deemed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued (less the cost of original shipping). Refunds may take up to 10 days to be reflected in your bank account. 

Original Artwork Returns

All original artwork is final sale. If you have any questions or concerns about your artwork, please reach out to Laura directly (email below).

Damage in Transit

I do everything I can to make sure your prints are well-protected in transit. If your prints arrive damaged due to shipping, please email laurakrieger.art@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged prints (and their packaging) within 7 days of the date it was delivered.

If appropriate, your order will be refunded (less the cost of shipping). Refunds may take up to 10 days to be reflected in your bank account.
